Return Process

  Log into your Oaksoho account or visit our returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.

  Prepare the Item

  Carefully repackage your items in their original packaging, ensuring all protective padding is in place to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
