How long does shipping take for large furniture items?
Standard furniture delivery typically takes 7-14 business days. You will receive a tracking link and a scheduled delivery window from our white-glove courier service once your order leaves our warehouse.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, Oaksoho ships to the contiguous United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our logistics to support international shipping in the near future.
What is your return policy for home decor?
We offer a 30-day return window for most items. Products must be in their original packaging and unassembled condition. Please note that custom-made or 'Final Sale' items are not eligible for returns.
Is assembly required for your furniture?
Many of our larger pieces, such as sideboards and coffee tables, arrive fully assembled. For items requiring assembly, like bed frames or dining tables, we provide detailed instructions and all necessary hardware.
